Horsham Matters  runs a warehouse and shop for the collection and sale of second hand furniture and household goods to generate funds to support work in the local community. HM acts as an action arm of HCT facilitating projects which HCT initiates.

Homelessness – A Steering Group has been established to look at how HCT might work in partnership with the local authority and charities to address the needs of the homeless in Horsham. This follows on from a Homelessness Summit held jointly with Horsham District Council.

E:liv8 is an innovative, early intervention programme which raises the aspirations and prospects of young people through creative thinking, activity and challenge. Using a combination of interactive and practical modules, underpinned by a robust mentoring programme, E:liv8 draws out and builds on the gifts and skills of every individual.

The Youth Advocacy Programme aims to provide free and confidential independent advocacy in Sussex for young people between the ages of 11 and 25, who need support to speak up about specific issues affecting them.  We deal with short term, task focused issues.

Youth Support Team gives young people access to trained youth workers who are on hand to listen to issues and provide support. The Youth Support Team is there to listen and provide advice, information and support to young people as well as increase their awareness of support networks available to them. The teams are made up of volunteer youth workers who are fully trained and Criminal Record Bureau checked.
