Welcome to the Horsham Churches Together website

Thank you for visiting the site of Horsham Churches Together (HCT), representing 31 member churches from Horsham and the surrounding district. We serve Churches who work in rural and urban communities.

‘Encourage one another and build each other up, just as you are doing now.’
(1 Thessalonians 5:11)

Funday Sunday 2024

Despite a few heavy rain showers, we had an amazing day at the Funday Sunday in Horsham Park, organised by the Horsham Rotary Club. At the Horsham Churches Together stall, we offered free children’s crafts, gave away Bible story booklets and talked with people in our community. We also had a prayer tree where people were invited to write a name on a ribbon before tying it to the tree.

A big thank you to the volunteers Life Community Baptist, Holy Trinity Horsham and St Mary’s who helped run the stall, along with Jon White (Trafalgar Road Baptist), Michael Hogg (Brighton Road Baptist) and Rachel Abbot (Salvation Army).

We support the Churches in Horsham and the surrounding area by

  • Coordinating joint activities in the town, such as joint services, livestreams and events;
  • Employing a part time Development Coordinator and Administrator to facilitate working together on joint church initiatives and to act on its behalf liaising with District and County Councils and other statutory bodies;
  • Bringing the churches together to demonstrate God’s love by serving the local community through a number of HCT supported initiatives, including a debt advice service;
  • Working in partnership with a number of local charities and organisations who provide support to those facing life challenges in our community.
