Churches Together in Britain and Ireland (CTBI) has brought together a selection of resources to help churches prepare for and celebrate Advent and Christmas 2026.
These include worship materials, Advent calendars, children’s activities, Christmas carols and ideas for sharing the Christmas message within our communities. Resources are available from organisations including the Bible Society, CAFOD, Christian Aid and the Methodist Church.
There is also information about the Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols and the Shine Your Light initiative, which encourages communities to share carols and the Gospel message in public spaces.
