Wednesday 9 September is the National Day of Prayer for Schools, with the vision to see every school across the UK prayed for as Christians, churches and organisations unite together.
Praying for our schools, children, young people, teachers and school staff has never been more important than it is today.
95% of young people aren’t regularly engaged in their local church, yet 99% of them are in mainstream education. What an opportunity schools give us to reach each of them with the good news of Jesus and as we head into the new academic year we want to see our schools impacted by the gospel.
So today, take time to pray for the schools in your local area.
