Delighted to share this news from our friends at the United Reformed Church.

Following the retiral of Rev Kristin Ofstad, the Synod of Surrey and Sussex have been considering how best to provide ongoing ministry, and to enable our church to understand its future focus with regard to mission and vision.

We are therefore delighted to welcome Rev David Pitkeathly as Transition Minister to work alongside the elders and fellowship, as together we seek to discern the way ahead. Additional to work alongside David, we welcome Rev Anne Lewitt (Minster of URC West Sussex Area Ministry – Petworth, Billingshurst and Pulborough URC’s) who will provide our church with some pastoral support.

David and Anne will be formally commissioned at a Commissioning Service to be held at Horsham United Reformed Church, Springfield Road, Horsham RH12 2RG on Sunday 29 October 2023 at 3pm.
