As many of us look forward to the bank holiday weekend, we pray for the millions of people who will be working throughout the weekend.
- Pray for those working through the bank holiday weekend, including NHS staff, emergency services, hospitality workers, retail teams and carers.
- Pray for those who are tired, carrying heavy responsibilities or longing for a break.
- Ask God to help us receive the gift of rest and create communities where people are cared for and valued.
“Come to me, all you who are weary and heavy burdened, and I will give you rest.” Matthew 11:28
